One of my favorite spots in sitting on the porch looking out at the beach, reading a great book. I am generally a fast reader and have been known to read an entire book in one sitting if it's really good. Unfortunately, the next morning I pay for it because I have had very little sleep the night before.
Right now, my Kindle has 70 books on it to read...yes, I said 70. I am that girl that loves to read an entire series at one time so I have been known to keep adding books to my Kindle until the entire season is out and then start reading. I have also fallen in love with Kindle Worlds. Kindle Worlds is a place where authors publish books that are tied to existing series. It's a great way for new authors to get new readers and from a reader standpoint, it's a great way to find new authors to read. Hence, why I now have so many books to read.
If you are looking for a great series to read for the summer, here are a few of my favorite and their main author:
- Barefoot Bay - Roxanne St. Claire
- Summer Lake Series/Remington Ranch/Chance - SJ McCoy
- Sapphire Falls - Erin Nicholas
- Clover Park Series - Kylie Gilmore
- Hope Falls - Melanie Shawn
- St. Helena Vineyard Series - Marina Adair
