This week, I thought I would actually share one of my grandmother's recipes. Along with my mother, she was an awesome cook but unlike my mother and more like me, she seldom measured anything. She taught me that the only thing to measure exactly were things that caused a chemical reaction, ie. baking soda. Today's recipe is a take on the traditional corned beef sandwich and although I am not a big fan of corned beef, this was one of my dad's favorite meals that my grandmother and later my mother would make. It's made in a casserole dish and sliced.
Please note that the cheese of your choice can be substituted in this recipe.
As always, please let me know what you think. I appreciate all comments.
